PCB Separation Machine Notes:

3 The machine is only designed for circuit board with pre-scored V-cut, do not use in other purposes.

4 When operating this machine, do not wear too loose clothes. Long hair should be tied up to prevent it from being entangled.

Aluminium PCB Depanelizer machine features:

1. The stroke of the upper circular blade can preset .(setting range :Between any two groups of 0,100 ,200,300,400mm )

Blade moving speed can switch between 200mm/s .

2. The gap between two blades is easy to adjust

3  Operation is very safe, the circular blade is covered by material ,avoid the blade hurting hand.Also can install an sensor ,when hand or foreign matter enter into the working area,it will stop immediately.

5. Available PCB thickness:0.6-3.2mm . PCB V-cut thickness:0.25-2.0mm
